Troubleshooting
A list of common occurring issues.

Image Upload Issues: If you are having problems with images on your site.

1) Images not displaying as they should (pop ups not working)
Make sure the image file name is internet safe. Only use letters, numbers, dashes, or underscores, and make sure your file name is not too long. For example (John's Painting #1.jpg), change to (johns-painting-1.jpg)

2) Uploading timing out:
If the images are not loading at all, two things may be the problem.
a) Your file size is too large. Size down your images to the largest size parameter that is set in "Image Settings"
b) your internet connection is too slow. You may have to wait for a time of the day that your connection is faster.

3) Image file format not compatible with Pro Gallery or the internet.
Safe images files are those that end with .jpg .jpeg .gif .png
For best results high quality .jpg images are best.

Send Mail: If you are having problems with mail coming or going from your site.

1) If you mail system on the Pro Gallery site was working, and now it's not, the first thing you need to do is contact your host server. Tell them that your ability to send or receive mail from your site has stopped, and if they can check the send mail on the server.
